Makeup Essentials to begin your Collection!

Beginning your makeup collection can be fun and not expensive! The key is to know what to splurge on and what to not pay as much for. I hope the list below helps you out with beginning your collection for a lower price!

Concealer is one of the only products I suggest paying more for. The only reason for this is that the better quality it is the less likely it will be to irritate your skin. So I would go with a Mac Concealer they all cost $17.00 and when you go to the counter the workers can help you find the right coverage you need the the right shade to match your skin.

Mascara is one of the items that splurging is not necessary, drugstores carry many reasonably priced brands that have great mascara's. The L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Original is my favorite mascara ever this product ranges in price depending where you live but starts around $7.99. Another great drugstore mascara is Prestiges My Blackest Lashes this product starts at $6.50. Always go with black mascara if your going to use brown then you might as well just curl your lashes and use no mascara at all.

Blush is something you could splurge on but it isn't necessary too. The drugstore has great blush choices that are just as good quality as higher end cosmetic lines. I would suggest Cover Girl Cheekers Blushes they come in a variety of colors and are only $4.99. If you have more sensitive skin I would Suggest Sally Hansen's makeup by Carmindy blushes they can be bought at CVS and online only and start at $10.00.

Instead of a lipstick I would suggest a tinted lip balm sense the color isn't as intense. The cover girl Nature Luxe Gloss balm have subtle color and moisturize your lips they are also affordable at only $7.00.

Maybelline eyeliners are great especially there line express eyeliners. They are richly pigmented in color and go on smooth, they set relatively quickly but also can be smudged out for a smokey effect. The price starts around $5.00.

I hold my hands like a little bunny in front of me and don't even realize i'm doing it -__-

3. Do you have any weird phobias?

When people sneeze it horrifies me I have no idea why, I think its because when I was 6 a woman sneezed on my hotdog at applebee's and it traumatized me for life haha

4. Whats a song you secretly love to blast & belt out when your alone?

I always sing and dance around to The Middle of Nowhere by Selena Gomez....

5. Whats one of your biggest pet peeves?

When people walk slow even though they are perfectly capable of walking faster and when people talk in really high pitched tones, oh and when teenage girls act stupid and squeal it annoys me to the point i usually have to leave where ever i am just because i hate it so much.

6. Whats one of your nervous habits?

I hold my hands in front of me like a bunny does when it stands on its hind legs, i bite the skin on my lip. I chew on the inside of my cheeks, I bite the skin around my fingers I bounce my legs and I twitch my right eye uncontrollably. I do all of these things on a normal basis too its lovely =p

7. What side of the bed do you sleep on?

The right side because its closest to my door and for some reason I feel like someones always going to climb in my window even though its like 40 feet off the ground so i have a plan in my mind that if that happens I can bolt for my door.

8. What was your first stuffed animal & its name?

A pink bear the sings the song some of my favorite things its name is Pink Bear original right?

9. Whats the drink you always order at starbucks?

A venti coconut frappacino

10. Whats the beauty rule you preach....but never actually practice...?

Moisturize your Face!!! yeah i almost never do....

11. What way do you face in the shower?

With my back to the water unless i'm washing my face.

I can make a three bump wripple with my tongue.

Material girl Collection at Macys

This new line of clothing called Material girl is based on Madona's style and all of the designs were created by her! This line of clothing goes from a cute look to an edgy vibe. Not to mention that all of the clothing has great low prices and are made of great quality materials. Their collection has a range of stylish clothes, shoes and jewelry. They also have a range of beauty items from nail polish to eyeshadow. This line can be found at Macy's department stores only. I recently bought two pairs of shoes from the material girl line.

This is the first pair of heels that I purchased from the Material girl line they are called the Slyde pump. They are a partially closed pump with a peep toe. They come in black and in red and have a scalloped edged bow on the top and bottom. The material is a faux leather and the heel is about three inches and they have a one inch platform which makes them super comfortable to walk in. They are on sale at the moment for 19.99 and if you use your Macy's card the price goes down to 15.00! They are an original 34.00 so 15.00 is a super deal!!

These are the other shoes that I got from the Material girl line. These are called Chipper and they are a pump with a three inch heel and a half inch platform. These are also made of a faux leather material and have a grey and white zebra print on the inside. They have a cute strap over the middle of the shoe that buckles and its covered with a bunch of copper studs. These shoes are super comfortable and are on sale for 17.99. They are an original 34.99 and with your Macy's card you only pay 13.00! That's a crazy low price from these shoes.
